FUNCTION
With particular attention to a client's existing workforce, Pollina Corporate will assist with evaluating current workforce location and potential turnover caused by a possible relocation of an existing facility.

For a relocation within a metropolitan area using our employee mapping model, we can determine the immediate, short-term and long-term turnover of employees. The procedure is as follows:

Map employee addresses
Rate employees by relative importance to company
Consider other relative factors such as traffic patterns, desirability of area, businesses competing for employees
Identify "highest score" areas (least turnover areas or sites)
Provide an analysis of the outcome of the relocation as it affects retention of necessary employees compared to alternative locations
