Employee Turnover Analysis

FUNCTION
With particular attention to a client's existing workforce, Pollina Corporate will assist with evaluating current workforce location and potential turnover caused by a possible relocation of an existing facility.

For a relocation within a metropolitan area using our employee mapping model, we can determine the immediate, short-term and long-term turnover of employees. The procedure is as follows:

  • Map employee addresses
  • Rate employees by relative importance to company
  • Consider other relative factors such as traffic patterns, desirability of area, businesses competing for employees
  • Identify "highest score" areas (least turnover areas or sites)
  • Provide an analysis of the outcome of the relocation as it affects retention of necessary employees compared to alternative locations
