Lease Management Services

For those companies that require more than a simple spreadsheet to track and manage their portfolio of leased properties, Pollina Corporate provides a highly sophisticated and comprehensive Lease Management Service. All existing leases are abstracted and the data entered into Pollina Corporate's lease management database. Pollina Corporate's software will generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that delineate upcoming critical dates,identify potential problems associated with operating costs and taxes, and provide detailed expense reports and projections.

Pollina Corporate assumes responsibility for the day-to-day lease management issues, including, but not limited to the following: lease abstracting, facility data administration, database development, ongoing database management, preliminary escalation/operating expense and real estate tax evaluation, estoppel certification reviews, landlord-related dispute resolution, and customized portfolio reporting. The company needs are met without the burden of a fixed staff, but with the necessary expertise to administer the leases and monitor key decision dates, expenses, and tenant rights.
