The company is the world leader in the development, manufacture and marketing of interior and exterior auto-dimming Night Vision Safety™ automotive rearview mirrors that dim in proportion to the amount of headlight glare from trailing vehicle headlamps. Gentex supplies its auto-dimming mirrors to nearly every major vehicle manufacturer in the world.

When Gentex developed the need to expand its production capacity with a 225,000 square foot facility, Pollina Corporate Real Estate was engaged to lead the site selection and state and local incentive negotiation process. Gentex plans to spend $97 million on the new facility, including plant, machinery, and equipment.
