EXECUTONE Information Systems, Inc., a manufacturer and supplier of voice processing and healthcare communications systems, expanded and relocated its headquarters facility from Darien, Connecticut, signing a long-term lease for 155,000 square feet of office space in Milford, Connecticut. Pollina Corporate Real Estate represented the corporation in site selection, financial analysis, lease negotiations and negotiated economic incentives with the state.
