When Caterpillar Agricultural Products and Claas KGaA of Harsewinkel, Germany decided to manufacture in the United States the largest and most technologically advanced combine in the world, they looked to Pollina Corporate Real Estate's expertise in location analysis and incentive negotiations to assist with the real estate aspects of the project.
