acquisition of a 400,000 square foot distribution/warehouse center
in Cincinnati, Ohio. Crucial to Pollina Corporate’s success
in this endeavor was its exhaustive multi-state location analysis
encompassing much of the Northeastern United States. Thanks to Pollina
Corporate’s extended negotiations with state and local officials
