Pollina
Corporate represented Time, Inc. in the re-negotiation of its long-term
office lease for 150,000 square feet in the Tampa area. These negotiations
increased the company’s flexibility while decreasing its rent.
Pollina Corporate had previously represented the magazine division
in strategic planning, site selection, and lease negotiations when
it relocated over 500,000 square feet from Chicago to Tampa.
