MagneTek decided to move its headquarters to a planed downtown Nashville,
Tennessee building, they asked Pollina Corporate to assist in structuring
a lease to meet their objectives. Motivation for moving was not
only to accommodate MagneTek's continued growth but also to show
MagneTek's support for the expansion of Nashville's downtown business
district.
