When Bosch Braking Systems Corporation needed a long-term solution for their U.S. headquarters, Bosch turned to Pollina Corporate Real Estate, Inc. to identify, evaluate, and negotiate alternative solutions to their existing location in South Bend, Indiana. While structuring site and incentive packages with other states and communities, Pollina Corporate also worked with Indiana and South Bend officials to assist with needed improvements to Bosch’s existing 482,000 square foot research and development facility. As a result of these efforts Bosch was able to overcome their existing facility-related problems. Pollina Corporate helped create the necessary synergy between Bosch, the City of South Bend, and the State of Indiana that allowed South Bend, Indiana to remain a long-term headquarters solution for Bosch.
