Consolidation studies are performed after mergers or acquisitions in order to eliminate duplication of facilities and to determine how best to service combined or new markets.  Pollina Corporate can assist in determining if corporate objectives can best be accomplished by the consolidation of facilities and, if so, identify which facilities to retain, which to dispose of, and which to consolidate at a new location.  The study includes a projection of operating costs related to the consolidation and the projected benefits derived.
