Dispositions

We have managed the disposition of surplus property for a number of corporations, including Time Magazine, Dow Corning, E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Company, Amoco Corporation, and Phillips Electronics.  The process begins by developing a pro-active marketing strategy.  This is followed by interviewing local brokers, assessing each candidate’s ability to successfully market the property. Together, with the local broker, we further develop the marketing plan integrating local market elements.  This plan is made a part of the listing contract.  The listing broker’s progress is monitored through monthly status reports.  Pollina Corporate responds to all requests for proposals and performs all lease negotiations and contract negotiations.
