Associate

Saul Rodriguez is a member of the Pollina Corporate’s International consulting team. His primary focus is state and local incentive negotiations, location analysis, and real estate leases and contracts negotiations.

Mr. Rodriguez is also fluent in Spanish and is our team leader for client projects in Mexico and South America, where he has various political contacts and experience in working with various international government entities.

Mr. Rodriguez has over 7 years of real estate transaction experience. Prior to joining Pollina Corporate, Mr. Rodriguez was part of the General Motors EV1 Electric Car Program which brought the world’s first modern day electric car to market. Mr. Rodriguez also has experience as a consultant negotiating labor contracts.

Mr. Rodriguez earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Michigan State University in Marketing/Advertising.
