Associate

Rawly Lantz is an associate with Pollina Corporate Real Estate’s team. Mr. Lantz’ primary responsibilities include conflict-free tenant representation as it relates to lease negotiations, strategic real estate planning, state and local incentive negotiations and location analysis. His well-developed knowledge of the inner workings of manufacturing corporations gives him a broad understanding of the key decision-making factors of corporate executives.

Mr. Lantz earned a Bachelor of Business degree with a concentration in Marketing from Western Illinois University. He is a licensed real estate salesperson who utilizes his previous business experiences in sales, project management, strategic planning and marketing.
