Nestor Eliadis represents national companies in all phases of real estate transactions, including location analysis, state and local incentive negotiations, and office and industrial property acquisitions. As a member of the Pollina consulting group, Mr. Eliadis’s responsibilities include preparing economic development and location analysis, negotiating lease and contract proposals, and signature documents. He also acts as advisor in structuring and negotiating build-to-suit and tenant build-out agreements on behalf of clients with architectural and construction firms.

Mr. Eliadis graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a degree in Architecture. His experience in commercial architecture, institutional architecture and urban planning provide him with a resourceful perspective on space planning, functional usage and construction. Prior to joining Pollina Corporate, Nestor’s services in architecture directed him into a lead project manager role for a national construction company. His vast knowledge of structure and effective use of space is vital in reaching a corporation’s potential to be economical and efficient.
