R. JAROSZ Director
Lawrence
R. Jarosz is Director of Corporate Services of Pollina Corporate
and has been with the firm since 1982. Mr. Jarosz represents companies
nationally as a negotiation and tenant's advocate in commercial
real estate transactions. He represents EXECUTONE Information
Systems, Inc., Octel Communications Corporation, DHL Airways,
Inc. and other clients in office and industrial leasing transactions.
In addition, Mr. Jarosz performs consulting services to Pollina
Corporate clients that include site location analysis studies,
strategic real estate planning and negotiations of state and local
economic incentives programs
Project
highlights include representation of EXECUTONE in the relocation
of their 155,000-square-foot corporate headquarters, Rush Prudential
Health Plans' 220,000-square-foot headquarters in Chicago, and
Time Customer Service, Inc.'s relocation to Tampa, Florida of
several business groups encompassing over 500,000 square feet
of facilities.
Prior
to joining Pollina Corporate, Mr. Jarosz was Vice President at
Meyers, Stuart & Alan, a real estate research and consulting
firm that specialized in providing feasibility studies and marketing
programs for major development firms. He was direct liaison between
clients and the research division of the firm, translating specific
client needs into appropriate research modes. As examples, Mr.
Jarosz coordinated the feasibility research and design of the
marketing programs for a $60,000,000 multi use venture in downtown
Seattle. He was also involved in the studies that led to the development
of such properties as Water Tower Place, the multi use mega-center
in downtown Chicago, and over $70,000,000 worth of multi-tenant
office buildings in the Midwest.
Mr.
Jarosz has served as Editor of six industry newsletters, responsible
for all production and content. He also served as Chief Economist
for the Young Builders Council of Greater Chicago. Mr. Jarosz
is a graduate of Loyola University.
