Chris Shear is an Associate in Pollina Corporate Real Estate’s Brokerage Practice. Mr. Shear creates value for his clients by establishing and implementing calculated real estate strategies and ensuring his client’s real estate interests are congruent with their business goals. His areas of expertise include lease negotiations, site selection, facility acquisitions and dispositions, build-to-suit expansions and sustainable/green solutions. Mr. Shear is also responsible for corporate and municipal sale/leaseback transactions.

Mr. Shear has 5 years of broad-based commercial real estate experience. From feasibility analysis through construction and lease-up, he has a depth of experience analyzing and managing all phases of the acquisition and development process. He also has extensive experience originating and underwriting corporate real estate sale/leaseback transactions. Mr. Shear is LEED accredited professional and an active member of US Green Building Council. With his knowledgeable of green/sustainable real estate solutions Mr. Shear can apply a strategic approach to integrate fiscally sound green initiatives that will effectively reduce a property’s operating expense while increasing its market value.

Mr. Shear holds a B.S. in Economics, with a concentration in real estate and urban land economics, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
