Mr.
Frei is an associate in Pollina Corporate Real Estate’s
Consulting Practice. He represents corporations nationally in
location analysis and state and local government incentive negotiations.
He assists clients with strategic planning and all phases of real
estate transactions. His responsibilities include preparing economic
and location analyses, drafting requests for proposals, letters
of intent, and negotiating proposal terms, leases and contracts.
Prior to joining Pollina Corporate, Mr. Frei spent 10 years specializing
in manufacturing and distribution plant consulting for companies
like DaimlerChrysler, Hyundai, Renault, Wedgwood, The Budd Company,
Caterpillar, Ford Motor Company, BMW, among others. He was directly
involved in the strategic planning, engineering, and executing
of turn-key projects, including planning for building requirements,
equipment design, and material-flow optimization. He also has
extensive international work experience, having spent 3 years
in Germany, where he worked on projects for multiple European
countries. Mr. Frei is fluent in German and Spanish.
Mr. Frei received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical
Engineering from Bradley University, and his Masters degree in
Business Administration from Northern Illinois University.
